As of right now Clockwork will be down a little longer than expected.  I will not be able to have the site done by the 19th, due to me losing my job.  I had worked for a toy store for over a year and absolutely loved my job... And now they are bankrupt.  I am currently looking for another job and in this time I need utmost focus on this.  Real life before RP, as they say.

I do not expect this site to be delayed much longer, I need a week or so.

What in the world is this new site?

Well it's clear that what the massive majority of users wanted was a site that was complete, instead of massive.  With this update, or rather, new incarnation, the aim is to be both.  Instead of having a multitude to places, we will have less.  Each place will be larger than on the previous site to compensate.  More on how this relates well with the RP in the text below.  Much like the video game Grand Theft Auto IV, the world will shrink slightly, but it will be more "high definition" in terms of quality of descriptions.  I did not participate much in the last site, and in turn, the story did not go along to my likings.  So because of that, I'm taking control over it directly and turning it into a full-bodied plot that, hopefuly, will flourish into a great and beautifully written story by all members, including me.

Okay, whatever.  Can I use my existing character on this site?

Yes.  Maybe.  No.  Here's why.

If you were able to use your character on our original site(s), then yes, you may use it on this one.

If you had any kind of history being built up while on the site, as in, you talked to other characters, learned new things, or anything of the sort, then your character may have forgotten that.

If your character was an original race that did not walk on two legs, or walked on more than two, that character cannot be used on this site.

LOL! WHAT? WHAT KIND OF REASONING IS THAT AREN!?

This has to do with what our plot is.  Yeah, plot.

Can you reveal your plot?

Not yet.  Next update I'll explain a lot more.  But for tonight here's some changes and new features...

Out of Character Changes:

• We're going back to SMF as a foundation.  It's very sturdy and durable for what we are trying to do and accomplish.  IN TURN, it makes sense to go back.
• We started out as a site that was going to be built by its members, for its members.  Well that failed.  So I'm going to try again, differently by adding:
• -A WIKI!
• It looks, smells, acts, and tastes just like Wikipedia, but instead it's our own smaller, self-hosted version.  This will provide the framework we need to collaborate on things quickly and easily, while providing quick reference for those not seeking to edit the world.
• The new site will truly allow evolving places.  If a place gets destroyed, all it takes is one quick wiki change and an approval, and boom, description changed.  If a place somehow grows larger (huh?) that can work too.
